How do we work?

Trash4Goods operates through a flat, agile and cross-functional structure, where ideas can come from anyone and every team member is encouraged to take ownership.

We bring together people with different areas of expertise, as well as partners and communities involved in our work. Our teams contribute to the full process, from developing the technology and infrastructure to designing user experiences, managing rewards, analysing data and measuring results. This helps us keep our plans connected to how the solutions work in practice.

We are builders as much as advocates for sustainability. Through co-creation, continuous learning and an impact-driven mindset, we design, test and improve solutions that make sustainable behaviour practical, accessible and rewarding.

For us, sustainability is not a slogan... it is something we build, measure and put into action.
